At first, my experience with Sunny Energy seemed quite negative, but they worked very hard to address the issues I was having. The employees, Jordan, Melanie, and Steve were always patient and understanding in their communications with me.
For our Solar installation we went through Sunny Energy. Sun Run installed the panels, etc. Very smooth process from beginning to end. Jordan set up everything and worked with Taylor in the office on all the steps through completion. Both very nice and helpful!! Now we are reaping the rewards of "going solar"!
Very happy with Sunny Energy. Would recommend them without hesitation. My sales rep was also the customer sale rep (Melanie L***). She was low pressure, very knowledgeable, and very focused on me being happy with product I was purchasing. Very pleasurable experience.

Sunny Energy provided excellent sales and customer service throughout the process. While the cost of solar is quite an investment, Sunny Energy provided the best panels for a good price. What really sold me on the system, however, was the immediate response from my sales rep, Lenoir and my customer service rep Taylor C******. I had questions and concerns that both answered.
