The place is decent, but there are some troubling things that needs a fix permanently. The first thing would be to control the pest issue. This has become a nightmare for people living here. No matter how clean you keep your flat, those pests keep coming and it’s so bad. The second thing would be a bit tighter security, people here are to irresponsible that they don’t close the main doors to the building sometimes and I had closed them many times when I observed.
