My solar consultant was Drake Chain who was very knowledgeable about the solar company and the benefits to me as a homeowner. To whom it may concern: I met with Kenneth Lopes earlier today. He was a pleasure to talk with. Very knowledgeable about both his product and his industry. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He has shown us how we can save money by switching to solar. Overall a great person to deal with, not at all overbearing like some salespeople can be.
We were very skeptical at first but allowed Dean into our home and we were really impressed by his knowledge and his patience as we had so many questions. We have recently had our panels installed and they are on the back only which is what made the deal for us. I have no problem giving Sungrade Solar a five star rating. I had the pleasure of having Eric Frank to help me make my decision. Eric was very professional and personable. Great experience working with Eric. At the time we were working on other projects and the installers were efficient and I didn't even notice that they were on site! Strongly recommend.
I met Michael and Austin a couple days ago. They presented us with a few options Sungrade offers. We haven’t made a decision yet but they have been very informational and patient, answering any questions we've had. I recommend them if you have any questions or plan on going solar.
