We are very happy with high level of customer service provided by Alex Smith and his team. We were told by two other solar companies that they could not work with our roof or had to change our roof. All our questions were answered making this experience a very positive from consultation to installation Great Job!!!.

I was very skeptical about getting solar for free AND saving money on my utility bills. But it is true -- paid nothing for solar installation (which by the way was done incredibly quick and I didn't even need to be there) and I've reduced my monthly cost and locked in great rates for the future. Worth it
It's been 4 months since the solar panels been installed...but still hasn't been activated. I'm not happy they're too slow, I should have talked to the other providers. Don't be fooled with their promises!!!
We live in Danville and had Matthew Jones explain & install our Sungrade solar in august. We are saving $200-300/mo. on our $400-500 electric bill. He is excellent in explaining details, communication, being thorough, and very kind and courteous in every way. I highly recommend him and Sungrade solar panels.
