I ordered a guitar, credit card was charged that very day. Received. Conformation that the order was placed. Was told it would take 45 days to receive Guitar and should receive tracking number. Well let me tell you I have never been lied to so much in my life. Call âRandyâ and was told that due to the amount of stiching(Waylon Guitar) that it would take a little longer. In the past few years I've ordered 2 guitars from them, no problem. Then last November I ordered another one, they took my money and I never heard another word from them. I'm Pissed!
Is Sunfield still in business? I placed an order November 25, 2018 and it is now February 23, 2019 and the guitar has not been delivered. I have repeatedly requested a refund but they do not answer the phone or respond to emails.
Wish I could leave 0 stars Purchased 5150 guitar 12/3/18. It arrived Order contained D-Tuna feature which was not installed or included. The guitar was not setup Had professional luthier inspect and attempt setup. Neck was so back bowed truss rod did not help it at all. I sent 4 emails with my complaints and order information and have had no response. Took my money for a piece of crap and had no customer service! Be warned!!!

I ordered the 5150 guitar with the D-Tuna upgrade in November to have as a Christmas present. The guitar arrived on the 24th. When opened on the 25th, the guitar did not have the D-Tuna upgrade. I put in a ticket that the order was wrong and I was amazingly responded to on Christmas day that I would be helped in 1-2 days. It is now January 19th 2019, and I have still yet to hear from anyone regarding my order. 6 tickets submitted. Voicemails left. Follow-up emails. Nothing. Very disappointing. I paid near 800 dollars on October 19th, 2018 ..it is now Jan 16th and no communication on the status of my guitar or answers to my email. when I call the 800 number i get no answers. no replies from emails or any communication of any kind. I also tried to use the track my order on the web page and only get no order found.....i have never had such a bad experience form any company...
