We came to grab hot chocolate for our crew of kids and some drinks for the adults and had a lovely time! The staff were welcoming and funny and professional. A great Christmas Tradition meant to be repeated!
Loved, loved it ! Did the Sunday brunch with the family, then yesterday had the tea & crumpets with a friend . The Richmond tea blend is so delicious I stocked up in the gift shop ! We are now doing this as a yearly tradition at Christmas ! A grand time by all in this beautiful ,historic setting .
Ambience of elegance from the moment one pulls up to the door (with complimentary valet parking), then continues through the historical and impeccably designed decor within. Especially fabulous at Christmas with the beyond beautiful lobby tree and well-appointed wreaths and decorated grand staircase. A true Richmond gem.
Just lovely decorations and nice gift shop and lovely elegant entertainment.
