Spent the afternoon there with my daughter and grandson having lunch and taking in the Christmas decorations, which are always so beautiful and festive from November to early January. The atmosphere is always warm, relaxing and exciting during the holidays. We ate in TJs, instead of the formal restaurant dining room this time and the famous TJs Burger was EVERYTHING! We enjoy the Sunday brunch tremendously! It's been our favorite for years! On our last visit 1/1/17 we had the pleasure of having Jackie serve us in the lounge area for the New Years brunch. She was an absolute delight! She made our day!! We have plans to return on Easter and will be looking forward to another fabulous time!
Not a great experience at all. My friend and I had reservations for massages and facials. Massage was first. The rooms were cold, as was the cream/oil they used. He got up halfway thru while I endured till the end. We were in separate rooms but experienced the same thing. Both massage therapists were just okay. When I was finished I realized he had already spoke to management. He declined his facial and so did I. Lovely looking hotel, but expected much more from the establishment. Hoping he'll get a refund. He should.
