Must be one of the most beautiful hotels that these eyes have ever seen. The staff at the Jefferson is second to none ( Jenita, Rosell, Kevin just to name a few)
My sister surprised me with a weekend trip to Richmond and a stay at the Jefferson Hotel. The decor is breath taking. The staff is very friendly and helpful from first arriving with the help of parking to house keeping. We ate dinner at the Lemaire. I highly recommend eating here. Our server Michael was very informative of the specials and recommendations for drinks. The food was out of this world good. You need to make sure to save room for dessert. You definitely need to walk around the hotel and take in all the paintings.... read more
Unbelievably fabulous "staycation" -- a wonderful, comfortable, glamorous room with unexpected touches (the signature alligators as drawer pulls, the awesome freestanding tub and separate shower). Room service was on time and just great, and, of course, you get to be in one of the most beautiful hotels every built! Oh, that lobby!
The Jefferson is beautiful, friendly accommodating in every way possible. We treated my niece from So. Carolina to brunch Sunday and she was very impressed by its history, food, service, etc. Thank you all who make this possible.
