Love dining and staying at the Jefferson. Have to go every Christmas to see what the baker created and to enjoy the beautiful decorations and tree.

I just love love love this hotel... I love the history, the customer service, the food, atmosphere... there really is not anything I don't love about this place.
The hotel is a Richmond landmark and is indeed beautiful. I have had lunch there in the past which was lovely and required no direction. The evening I attended a lecture there was a small sign (8 1/2 x 11 inches) that was easily missed. Once another group redirected us to this small sign it had an arrow pointing the way. After that it was a scavenger hunt trying to find the location.
