We got our above ground pool from Sundance several years ago and they did right but us and are always great when getting chemicals and supplies!
We bought a quadrafire woodstove from Sundance Leasure many years ago and this has been the best woodstove we have ever had. The staff are great to work with and set us right up with all we needed. I would shop there again and plan to in the near future for a hot tub.
We’ve been waiting on Sundance leisure to install a fireplace that we purchased. We paid extra for the installation, yet when we call to set up an installation appointment, our phone calls go unanswered. We were told it would be done before thanksgiving, yet no one is getting in touch with us! It is starting to become very irritating and shows us what this company thinks of customer service. We are waiting on Sundance (it’s been three weeks) to return our phone calls so we can finish the project that we have started!
We bought a new gas fireplace insert and from the first contact when picking out the insert to the finished product being put in they made it so easy and they were beyond nice. We got a hot tub from Sundance last week and we love it!! Mary was very informative and helpful. Also the two men that delivered it and hooked it up were great. They showed us the in and outs of the spa and the chemicals.
The people there have always been helpful. I have bought pools from them and now have been looking at hot tubs/spas. Mary has been very helpful and really knows her products. You won't be sorry for dealing with this company.
We have always had the best sales and service from Brian and Mary. Would not go anywhere else. We use there services for our pool and they are installing a fireplace next week! You won’t be disappointed. Fred and Kathleen McGraw
