Sundance is always professional and helpful when I come into the store. We bought our house 4 years ago and it had a above ground pool. Last year the pool collapsed. The pool design was no longer able to buy it but they called around and ordered the same one. Salvaged what they could of the old pool so we didn't have to buy everything. They did a great job. The installed a pellet stove very professional people and Explain everything to you what you need to know... I would recommend Sundance to anyone the installers are great and the people at the store are great!!!
I have had my pool from Sundance for 4 years. While issues and problems have been minimal the few issues I have had were taken care of promptly and professionally!! I like that you can go in the shop and get free water testing... and advice on how to correct problems without waiting for service calls. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly... and when one of the staff may not know the answer or solution to a problem.. they ask and get you what you need to know! First off they are over priced, 2nd they sold a heater to my friend and when she ordered it, it took over a week longer to get it, and of course they wont admit it was their faulth it was the manufacturer, 3rd my my friend valled sundance to come look at it and then told her therer wasnt any blower included . Turned out they hold her we probably had the blower but we didnt my friend found the blower. So as far as her and us we will NEVER GO TO SUNDANCE FOR ANYTHING . Complete rip offs
