After difficulty with getting financing, trying to work with them, they never bothered to return phone calls or emails. Wouldn't buy a car from them if they were the only dealership in a 100 mile radius.

The vehicle was dirty - it smelled bad, there was sand in the glove box, a half eaten bag of pretzels behind one of the seats, the floor mat looked like it had blood on it, there was a knob missing, the vehicle had scratches EVERYWHERE, they put a new gas cover on and forgot the release so it was stuck shut, the life gate was rusted out and needed to be completely replaced, the drivers door hinge was bent so it clicked and creaked, and there was pieces of trim missing. Terry Talbert is an excellent salesman and I felt was honest and straight-forward with his dealings. He also got back to us when he said he would and gave us many "courtesey calls".

It doesn't seem like the dealership checked the car for issues before selling me the car. I had to take it to get fixed (the day after purchase) after hearing a noise. Everythingwas free since it was still under the original warranty. The dealership should have found this issue and fixed it before selling it to me. The sales man and the people at the dealership were nice and friendly.

Wasted phone call, limited product knowledge, trying to sell junk with a cobbled up rear end. totally would never call these guys for a car again
