Salesman was friendly and capable. Car had not been checked as carefully as it should have been. Had to take it back the same night we bought it as the battery wouldn't charge. After fixing it, they brought the car to us and it is running well now.

I can officially do the JEEP wave in the 2013 Jeep we purchased great working with STEVE. I know this is under a 2011 explorer review but i decided before even going to the lot on a jeep!!Good response time between emails. Very large dealership lots of inventory Nice honest sales guy overall i had a good experience . Very happy with the car .
After difficulty with getting financing, trying to work with them, they never bothered to return phone calls or emails. Wouldn't buy a car from them if they were the only dealership in a 100 mile radius.
