This dealer was most responsive in getting back to me with a phone and email.
Yes they contacted me but it took two attempts on my part and several days for them to send a response. Not impressed with their response time. In talking with friends in the area they did not have good experiences with Sundance (couldn't find the car advertised when they went on a scheduled visit to see the car). So, this lead will go by the wayside.
The salesman at Sundance Chevrolet responded to my email inquiry in a timely manner and sent me pictures of the vehicle with his personal phone which the dealership had not gotten around posting online. They treated me well during the buying process and always responded to any texts or phone calls.
Got with me right away. Great customer service. I ended up buying the vehicle.
very nice helpful and professional with all the questions I asked answered. Very matter of fact.return calls when he said really nice to talk to .overall this guy deserves 5 stars.
Very good people, even sent us to lunch on them , waiting for our vehicle to be brought up from Grand Ledge. Smooth transition we will definitely send people there way
