Responded quickly to my ?'s, and very informational. They made several return phone calls to me about vehicles I was interested in.
Asked what the best deal was we could make and all I received was a generic email showing the original listing with no explanation of anything or any contact with anyone.
Was contacted promptly
Terrible customer service. They never responded to my inquiries sent through CarGurus. We contacted the dealership on our own and they were going to send the vehicle we wanted to us as we live 3 hrs away. We told them to go ahead and send it up and then didn't hear back for days. We contacted them and they "couldn't find the vehicle". Another salesman had been letting his daughter drive it around. I was told to provide a credit car number to make a small payment and put a hold on the vehicle and it was guaranteed not to sell... read more
Called the dealer,they would get back with me. The next day I got a call, this truck was not available? The next day I got an e- mail from car-gurus that the truck Ranger was available. Confusing!!
Great information on there products.
