Kyle and Roxana have been amazing after my Total Knee Replacement. They pushed me hard but with so much compassion. They explained everything so that I understood what I could do independently to continue to meet my goals on my non PT days. This company has been a blessing to me in my TKR recovery journey.
The nurse came twice, the physical therapist came once, and the occupational therapist came once and then they ghosted us. No call, no explanation.
They scheduled a physical therapy without doing an Assessment , which I find to be unprofessional. Nurse left a message on VM on the morning of wanting to come out to do assessment. To much OMG. The therapist that i spoke with was argumentative & aggressive. OMG unprofessional company, it’s very sad
I truly enjoy working with Suncrest Omni. They really have a heart for the population we serve.
