Reba Blue is the best home health nurse at SunCrest Home Health, that anyone could ask for. She was helpful with my mother in law and her amputated leg. She handled her leg with care and made sure she went to the hospital to get the proper care for her leg. I would recommend her to anyone as a in home nurse.
When I was in the hospital , I was given a choice of Home Health Care Services to choose from and I chose SUNCREST. I am so glad that I did.I had the best experience with the nurse that came to my home. She was very caring but yet professional. She would always call me and let me know when she was on her way or if she was going to be late. She also stayed on top of my medications to make sure I never ran out because I had a PICC line for direct antibiotics for almost three weeks. Kyle and Roxana have been amazing after my Total Knee Replacement. They pushed me hard but with so much compassion. They explained everything so that I understood what I could do independently to continue to meet my goals on my non PT days. This company has been a blessing to me in my TKR recovery journey.
The nurse came twice, the physical therapist came once, and the occupational therapist came once and then they ghosted us. No call, no explanation.
They scheduled a physical therapy without doing an Assessment , which I find to be unprofessional. Nurse left a message on VM on the morning of wanting to come out to do assessment. To much OMG. The therapist that i spoke with was argumentative & aggressive. OMG unprofessional company, it’s very sad
