Angie did a great job explaining hospice and helping us enroll with Suncrest. Unfortunately, after that, the experience was not what my father or our family deserved. From the very first visit, which was hours late, to supplies taking days to arrive, poor communication about visit times, and not having the correct hospital bed when it was needed, there was a pattern of promises with too little follow-through. I highly recommend this company, the workers that have come into my Mother's home to care for her have been like having family come in. The worker's are caring, understanding, and willing to do whatever they can to support the whole family.
Recently my brother-in-law was placed under the care of SunCrest Hospice. Mike Massengill and all of the staff that have interacted with my family members have been incredibly professional and patient, taking time to be thorough, informative, and supplying needed medical equipment, medications and an amazing amount of understanding and caring. I just want to give a huge shout out to this company. Absolutely amazing. Helped me through my mother's process easily. They did exactly what I want and that was for my mom to be comfortable. Thanks for the intake nurse Shanda and for the Chaplin Mike. The entire team was great!
