Sun Bright Pools is an excellent pool repair service.I have used numerous pool services the last 30 years and have never had anyone call me within 1 hour of requesting service through my home maintenance company. They also sent out a technician the very next morning to fix my spa. The technician had the equipment on his truck and was able to quickly resolved my problem.After the service call Sun Bright contacted me to inquire how my service was.Very nice and unusual for a company to care about their customers!!In past decade... read more

Our **************** sent them out and I thought they were decent until this last time. Twice last year they came out and replaced a capacitor. The 3rd time in Jan. **** came out and I said please replace the motor as its very old and this is the third call. He got the approval and said he replaced a 2 HP motor or so I thought. Oct of this year **** comes out and says you need a new motor because of water getting in from storm damage. I said no, first off I had a $2k cover built over my equipment last year. Our home warranty company sent Sun Bright Pools to replace our pool pump, ****, their tech. was professional, knowledgeable and had our pump replaced in no time. **** was very friendly and an asset to Sun Bright Pools! I highly recommend them and will be calling on them for any future needs, very happy with them!

The service was efficient and timely. ***** the service tech quickly identified the issue and completed the repair in record time. I have had a pool for 30 years and this was by far the best customer service and repair work I have ever experienced. Highly recommend Sun Bright.

I filed a service call on Sunday and within 30 minutes someone at Sun Bright called to say they would have their tech at my house the following morning. He was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. He took care of the problem and hopefully that will be the end of it. I would request them next time I have a pool problem.

SUNBIRGHT WAS DISPATCHED TO ME VIA MY INSURANCE COMPANY.THE TECH WAS HERE THE NEXT MORNING TO FIX WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A BAD VALVE.TURNS OUT, IT WAS A BAD POOL FILLER VALVE. THAT WAS QUICKLY REPLACED AND HE ALSO CHECKED THE **** SIPHON VALVE THAT I INITIALLY THOUGHT WAS THE PROBLEM.VERY COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING COMPLETYLY.THANKS!

I called my home warranty service to have a leaky valve fixed, and they contracted with SunBright. I received an email and a call within a couple of hours.They came out the next morning and resolved the issue before I woke up, and they left an invoice explaining what they did.Incredibly convenient and no more leak!

I had a pool pump motor burnout, and they were dispatched. They responded on time, were very courteous, and answered my questions accurately about what happened to it. No issues at all with denying coverage, etc., simply took care of the problem to my satisfaction. 5 stars!
