Sunbright sent out the tech **** who was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We went through our home insurance American home warranty and everything but the pool basket was covered. **** was efficient and on time. I don't recall the name of the woman who called to set up the appointment but she was also very nice. I would definitely use them again.

Sunbright was the contractor sent out through my home warranty, They were quick at responding to the claim with in a minute the office called to schedule for the next day of service, very friendly and asked questions to expedite my repair. The next day the service tech called to let me know he was in route as requested, when he showed up he was well prepared to tackle the task at hand, he was able to fix the problem, and showed me some other issue that was arising that was not covered under the warranty, but he was prepared ... read more

I had a pleasant interaction with Sunbright Pools and they gave me very good service. Last summer my pool motor needed replacement. It was a few months wait because of a shortage of pool motors. It is now in and working fine. Recently had a back wash problem. They came out and repaired the valve and whatever else was necessary to fix the problem. Good company to work with.
