Our pool/spa was not heating. SunBright Pool Services contaced us within 1 hour and immediately dispatch a technician.We received immediate contact the very next day.We would highly recommend this company. From the receptionist to ***** and **** who were very professional and prompt.

We had purchased a new heater from another company. Immediately it was not working. We were told to call the manufacturer. ******* sent out another company that said it was fine but we needed the temperature sensor replaced. Asked them to come and replace and they would not. Contacted Sunbright on a Saturday. Within minutes they called to schedule a Monday appointment. It was a simple fix and ***** our tech could not understand why the other two companies did not tell us how to bypass the sensor issue as well as fix it. ****... read more

Had a great overall experience with SunBright from the time they called to setup the appointment, which was immediately after hearing from my warranty company to them arriving and fixing my issue the very next day. **** was the technician that came out and he was very polite and knowledgeable of my pump and it's working. He made sure to explain what was done and was very courteous in the process.I will use them again for sure!

I received a call from Sun Bright moments after placing service request with my home warranty company OneGuard. I was scheduled the following morning for 7am. The next morning ****** the field service tech called and informed me he'd be arriving soon. Service tech was competent, nice, did exactly what needed to be done efficiently and organized. Rare to find someone nowadays that actually does what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. No mis-understandings, no excuses.My experience was excellent.

Called in the evening and the arrived at my house by 8:00 AM the next morning. **** was polite. He had all the parts with him and completed the job straight away. He explained what he had done and even reset the pool timer. I would recommend Sunbright to others.
