Our pool pump stopped working. SunBright was assigned as our service provider through our home warranty. They called us within hours of submitting the request (which was after normal business hours) and were out the next morning. Their technician handled the situation promptly and called me to let me know what he had done. The motor was overheating and needed replaced. He did so right then and there. Absolutely terrible company! I called my warranty company to report that the float valve in my filler needed replaced.. They sent out SunBright pool service . The technician, ****, was rude and dismissive . He informed me the part was not covered and that they charged $100 for the service call, but that he would replace the fill floater for the $75 I had paid the warranty company. Typical case of the you can never please everyone! We help her out with a float valve and went back and figured out why it was clogged but now thinks we should pay for her overpriced pvb valve replacement. Nope.
Sun Bright was assigned to ** by our warranty company. Sun Bright Tech showed up within the time frame that was provided. The Tech was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The tech went above to explain and show me what needed to be replace and fix. The Tech had everything available on site to fix which is so nice since I work extremely long hours and it's difficult to take time off.

***** did a great job. He turned up early in his time window and diagnosed the problem right away. He had the correct parts in his truck, so he was able to immediately fix the pool pump. The service call took a half hour at most. I was pleased and impressed!

Within an hour of calling for service, we had someone at our door. ***** quickly diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs. Not only was he fast, he was curteous, explained everything and anything that I could do to prevent this issue from reoccurring. Excellent job guys.

Not only is this company foul, toxic and despicable from scheduling to technician they are fraudulent in billing and reporting to warranty service. With multiple bids in hand we had multiple proper diagnosis, hence use of ********************** Dispatcher requested photos taken prior to service to get authorization for requested work. Per the dispatcher they have "been in business this way for 30 years" and pay for their BBB rating. Homeowner was aware of her early morning schedule window of ****** am. We showed up at 630 and she immediatly had an attitude to the tech who actually left to do another job and came back after to make her happy!! Once we came **** through her home warranty it ended up being a claim that was not covered per her policy. She then became irate super rude. We gave her options to repair and that wasnt good enough.
