I had an emergency need for someone to figure out what was wrong with my pool because another company told me it would be over $4k to fix. **** came out immediately and diagnosed the pool and fixed everything for less than $300. **** saved the day with my airbnb! I would highly recommend this company and especially ****! ?

These guys are dishonest. I made a great mistake in trusting them. They were sent by warranty company and, my fault, I did not stay and watch what they did. Left equipment running, Messed with electric panel and turned on power to lights in backyard.I believe they saw an 80 year senior and thought run up the bill.Hard ****** to learn

Wow this makes zero sense! We went out and very much explained to you that your waterfall motor was not a covered item and left you options and even followed up the following day! Then had to go out again for your heater which was completely destroyed by rodents! Because of all the chewed up damages your warranty did not cover since that not normal wear and tear. Thx for all the lies on your behalf foe what we did. This is how bored and dishonest americans are anymore enjoy!!!
They always come very quickly, always find the problem and always get it done quickly. I would recommend them highly.

This company is an unbelievable scam. We were unfortunate enough to have them be sent out by our home warranty company. I wasn't able to be home, so my wife met the technician. What a mistake on my part. He literally tried to pressure her into paying out of pocket for a service we didn't need, so that he'd have our repairs covered by warranty. All lies. Pics of his dirty interior of his filter was the reasoning HIS home warranty denied the claim. We told the homeowners that pictures of clean elements makes it a lot easier to get the warranty to cover a cracked filter. But typical owner tries to flip the words around

Sun Bright Pools is SCAM! The contract with American Home Shield clearly states that a pool and all its equipment is covered. Our pool pump stopped working so we submitted a service request. Sun Bright pools was assigned to our claim. The technician stated that the pool pump seals failed due to chemicals and caused the pump to seize up. The chemical in question was chlorine for a chlorine pool. AHS then used the fine print to claim that this fell under non normal wear and tear so the claim was denied in full. Well as both companies stated your chemicals ate away your shaft seal to the motor and allowed water into the motor bearings and then ruined the motor! It is what it is. Of course your mad. But the facts are there and are real so not sure what else to tell you? Keep chemicals balanced and fix the leaks before it becomes a larger issue!
Technician was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My pump was leaking and he replaced item and it was good as knew.
