The man in this large box truck was road raging for miles while I was behind him. He cut off 4 lanes of traffic to get off and then proceeded to brake check me 5x before running me off the exit by cutting sideways across the lane. I am in a 20k pound truck filled with water. He has clear anger issues or is extremely intoxicated.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Very disappointing experience overall. Customer service was extremely difficult to deal with, and communication was poor throughout the entire process. The whole experience felt disorganized and frustrating. I expected much better service and professionalism.

Disorganized, Unprofessional, and Hidden Charges — Avoid This Branch I had a horrific end-to-end experience with Sunbelt Rentals Hayward. What I thought would be a straightforward rental turned into a logistical disaster and unauthorized charges.
