They’re a bunch of glorified scammers. $50 to get anybody on the phone, any issues in your rental they expect you to fix out of your own pocket and even if you have your stuff set up on auto pay, they will reverse it before it hit your bank and say that your bank reversed it and said you had insufficient funds when you had the funds in your account. Count your days this company has been recorded on phone. From management to vendors and multiple witnesses on how they treat there tenants. You will be sued. You have children. And the elderly living in lead poisoned, mold, pest infected, NO APPLIANCE, NONE WORKING AC UNITS. They collected my deposit andnrented to someone else... only found out before we moved in because I went to the house to take measurements. I had to scramble to keep a roof over our heads. These people, or person masquerading as them, needs to be brought to justice. And out in prison!
