Overall, the process ended up being a waste of time. I was interested in a business but it seems they had another seller already in mind to sell the business to and were actively trying to slow/avoid selling to me/others. I was hardly every able to reach by phone. Voicemails never got returned. When did send info it was good and helpful but then there would be no communication for long periods.
