Horrible! The front office staff is incredibly rude and dismissive! They are so difficult to work with and are not caring in the slightest. Avoid this place if you can!

If you can ever get through on the phone, you are promptly put on hold, often for long periods of time or disconnected. If per chance you speak with someone they are usually rude, terse, and not in any way helpful. Appointments are just a formality as you are never seen on time, the delay is always at least 30 mins and as long as 90. Once you get to see an MD, PA, or RN they are proffessional and caring. I for one don't believe that mitigates the fact that dealing with the office staff is like dealing with the DMV.

we switched to them from gales ferry because of distance and the fact that GF has so many docs our kids rarely saw the same one twice. what happened to the days when you had just ONE doc? well, it's the same at NP, never has my kids seen the same doc. anyhow. getting through on the phone is a joke, then if you do , your on hold for for 15 plus minutes, then you have to wait a day to get in.. had i known this, i wouldnt have changed pedi's. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Sun for years. She always gives us excellent service. She gives the patient her full attention, more time than is required, and really goes the extra mile for all needs, whether for a sick visit or a well visit. I'd highly recommend her.
