I received top notch service when purchasing my new hot tub. When I ordered it, I knew I would have to wait for it to get in. I read many horror stories about how no hot tubs are available due to COVID, and I would be lucky if I got one sooner than 12 months. Michelle told me her manufacturer would begin her order in November and she hoped to get them in by the end of November. I was skeptical because of all of the horror stories I read. I want to give a big shout out to Damon and Josh. Thank you for your great customer service. I opened my pool a little earlier this year. Had a small issue, called and Josh worked me in same day. Not only did he fix the issue but showed me had to. Damon installed my pool in 2013 and I'm very pleased and appreciate doing business with them at Sun n Fun. Thanks again for 7 years of pool fun!
As a customer for the last 3 years I would like to add Michelle is warm and welcoming every time you stop in the store and a great teacher on how to maintain your pool and spa. I have NEVER had an issue with our water with Michelle’s assistance!! Highly recommend Sun n Fun based on the customer service and Damon is right there through the instal process. You can certainly tell he has been doin this for years!!
I knew nothing about swimming pools and the people with Sun N Fun have guided me to the most clearest, cleanest water Ive seen in any pool! Thank you Sun N Fun for your help guiding me every summer with my swimming pool! You are the Best!

They guided me through a massive clean up (was left without pool cover for winter) Sun N Fun helped be clean up, switch from chlorine to baquacil, installed the appropriate size filter tank, and strainer baskets.
