Just curious if it’s standard practice to not serve the customer? I called for a clutch perch for a Suzuki quad and with hesitation the parts guy, with an attitude, said “no and go to a Suzuki dealer” so I asked for a clutch perch for a Honda atv as I need both he said, again with an attitude and a demeaning tone “no it won’t work they don’t fit Suzuki and we don’t have one” he didn’t even look it up or anything. I’ve spent so much money with you guys and this is how you treat customers?!?!

Recommend you go to another dealership. Being honest with your customer when purchasing expensive toys would be a good start. I bought a brand New 2017 RZR 1000 and asked for a Polaris Warranty and have come to find out I was sold a 3rd party warranty, not a Polaris warranty. When I called them Valerie in finance basically told me to pound sand. Put in 3 calls to the owner with no response at all. I recommend Scott Scooter Zess, this is the ONLY place to EVER go if you're looking to get a bike. SUNENT IS AWESOME !!!!!!!
Matt Strong is the man. Worked with him a couple times and he is always accommodating and friendly. Good guy and knows tons about bikes and his job. They get busy but he always ensures you're taken care of.
I tried to buy a 2018 KX450F. There is a $2,000 rebate right now. I was told they could match other dealers prices. They strung me out all day, not giving me their price. In the end they were $900 higher than their competition and did not even take off the full rebate. Save yourself some time and money and buy elsewhere.
We just purchased a Teryx4 from them. Shane was great to work with and they have a huge inventory of multiple brands. We will use them moving forward.
