After all these years of my go to place for our Harley and ATV, I recommend someone and they completely and dishonestly rip him off!!! They didn't even call him to confirm the work or price and what a price!!!!! Thank God he had the money, if you had done unauthorized work on mine you would have been taking it out and I would have gone somewhere else, very unprofessional! I have an older dirt bike which I was contemplating selling. but have some carburetor issues. wanted to have it gone over to make sure it ran OK before selling. I was told by their service department that they don't work on bikes older than 10 years and if they did it would be September before they could get to it. By the way 4 years ago they had no issue working on it. I will be looking somewhere else for a new ride when the time comes.

stopped in to schedule my new Polaris General for its 1st service. service advisor told me that I could schedule it for about 10 days out but once he asked if I bought the machine from sun al of a sudden that appointment was not available to me as it was saved for "their new customers" according to service writer. next appointment available to me would be almost a month out. I love Sun Enterprises. I bought a new KLX 300 from them today. I put in a request online to see this bike. Kirby called me back and walk me through EVERYTHING over the phone and set up an appointment. I called every dealer in town and no one by far gave me the time that Kirby and the staff at Sun Enterprises. I’ll be back for sure!! Happy riding!
