my buddy had a rear tire built for him by Sun. leas than 8 hrs of riding 5 spokes were missing. They claim he was supposed to tighten them after the 1st ride. He was never told that. He's not a mechanic but more a casual rider at best. They basically told him there was nothing they could do except sell him a new wheel. Them the facts!
They went above and beyond in pricing and set up . Scooter did a great job explaining all the features on the new Goldwing.
What an amazing store. I’m visiting from Australia and prep’ing for a big off road ride NM to Canada on my KTM 1290 Super Adventure R. Nick in Parts has been fantastic to deal with from Australia over the last 3 months. Luke and the Service Team were fantastic. Bike in / out as promised. Full service, all fluids, tyres, pre-ride inspection and a range of bolt ons. Heading off on the Continental Divide Trail ride with the confidence of a fully prep’d bike. Great customer service.
