I caught the bug to get the Polaris slingshot and the waiting list was forever, I called Sun and Anthony mentioned he had one, given that I lived in VA it seemed impossible to get this going but Anthony made it seem as if they do it everyday, absolutely perfect way of handling an out of state customer and I never felt for a second that I wasn't priority, Gail in finance took care of my paperwork as if I was at the store.
