Dental hygienist Pam was professional, helpful and very courteous. She deserves a pay raise! Dr, Thompson is also has a very professional, very funny, and polite personality. They both make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience!
I love my dentist. True Dental always makes me feel so special and every staff member is very attentive. Once I had to weight more than 15 minutes and they gave me a Starbucks gift card. I always get treated like royalty and get a soft pillow, blanket, sunglasses, chapstick, and a warm facial towel. I use to have very sensitive teeth and gums and going to the dentist was so painful. Went in for my teeth cleaning with Brenda yesterday. Always a good experience. She is warm, friendly, professional, and informative. Most importantly she is very good at her job, a comfortable cleaning finishing as quickly as possible. If your looking for a wonderful dental hygienist I can highly recommend. As a side note I think the front office staff, dental assistants etc.are all wonderful too. Was looking for a dentist for a while and now I have a great one. From the time I walked in until I left everyone was friendly and nice. My mom talked highly about the office and staff and she was not lying about anything. Found a place I can call home for my dental needs!
What can I say?!? I always arrive and leave there as if I have been to a family gathering. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.
