Location, price, landscape with a pond, Winn Dixie supermarket right around the corner, bus stop, vicinity of the campus and Shands are only few benefits of it. But the main gem - kind and responsive people who work here to provide you with an exceptional service you deserve. Just stop by the office and assure yourself! How long have I lived here to judge? - Long enough, two and a half wonderful years. You will not regret!

This place is a dump. AC breaks constantly. Trees over grow parking spaces so you can't get in or out. Walls are paper-thin and they dont enforce any kind of noise regulations. Pest control and maintenance roll in whenever, without 24 hour notice. Last week I was gone for 7 days and when I got back my front door was unlocked and AC was on full blast even tho I made sure to turn it off before I left. Of course they took zero responsibility. It's a great place to live with a view of duck pond, ducks playing around. Maintenance also is very well taken care of. I am happy that we live here.
