Love the staff! They are very helpful and friendly. I was in a super tough bind, but instead of being jerks about my situation they were kind and eager to do anything to help me. I love it here �
Don't move here. Didn't have proper air for 4/8 months I lived there, and they didn't refund us our full deposit when we moved out, or compensate us for all the money spent trying to cool the apartment down when they wouldn't fix the air.
Great place to live. The staff is really friendly and the apartments are in good conditions. The care the complex and everything is nice and clean.
Sun Bay is our home! The office and maintenance staff are friendly and always happy to help. Maintenance requests are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. The staff has sometimes, gone out of their way to help us. Susan is extremely kind and helpful. The grounds of the complex are very pretty. I will always recommend Sun Bay to anyone looking for a nice place to live in Gainesville!!!
I will always rave about Sun Bay! The staff in the front office and maintenance are timely and so friendly all the time and it's their kindness that makes Sun Bay special! Even in Florida, I have NEVER found a bug in my apartment. The walls are thick (so no noisy neighbors) and the grounds of the complex are really pretty. With a close location to downtown and UF/Shands, it offers everything you need.
