we love all of them. my daughter went from time she was born until 17 and my son neen going from day he was born until well still going. very sweet people. love Mrs Carole and Ms Sherri.. you guys are AWESOME
We will not be returning here! The waiting room was filthy, no Kleenex anywhere in the office (waiting room, exam room...nowhere), no hand sanitizer either that I ever saw. It made me want to take a bath when I left. The nurse assistant told us my child didn’t have a temperature (97.3 to be exact) yet the PEDS office down the street said it was 100.8 when we left your office and went to theirs. And what sent me over the edge....my child couldn’t even use the restroom because the toilet was stopped up with toilet paper.

Very poor first experience here, we will not be returning. Staff was not friendly, appointment time was not honored, I wasn't told to get there 15 minutes early for multiple sheets of redundant paperwork, the bathroom was dirty and not properly stocked, NEITHER care giver washed hands or sanitized, no sanitizer was available in the room, we finally left after nearly TWO HOURS there.
This is a good pediatric because it my son Dr and they work with u love this Dr
My children have been coming to Dr. Medrazo for 17 years, I love this place.
