RecommendedSummitt towers is affordable and available
Mgt.Company doesn't seem to care about residents. And I'm Not talking about management at Summit,I'm talking about Mgmt Company that owns our contract. We're on our 5th mgr in less than 4yrs because the mgrs try(at least 3 of 5 have other 2 were nightmares) And it's not their fault alot of us know this. But they Can't make things better without support from Corporate!
clean the floors take the trash out of the shoots that has been rotting for months the gnats are horrible.hire employees who understands the disabled and can be cordial to residents.i been here 6 years this is a miserable place to live
Get new management. Get rid of the crack addicts like Oscar and Elaine. Stop harrassing people. They forced a friend of mine to sign to have a payee when she is in no way incapable of handling her own money. I am also curious to know when Summit Towers became a condo? It is a subsidized housing facility the last I heard. They do indeed have beautiful flowers. The "Christians" from Ohio are all about money.
A sincere and generous environment of hospitality and giving is only so rarely encountered personally or intentionally. The staff and additional workers of the Summit Towers environment are equally just, as well as, confident in their regimens of positivity and thoughtfulness. Not everywhere will you find a splendid seasonal display of holiday festivities or find a complete accommodations of gentle aesthetics with complementary living spaces. A rare gem.
NASTY PLACE. INFESTED WITH BED BUGSBIGGEST TROUBLE SPOT IN TOWN
Wonderful place. Wonderful people. Registered voters and hung out with some really cool folks. Hope to visit again one day soon just to hang out, talk smack/politics and enjoy the vibe.
