You should not have to drive to your vet's office just to make an appointment. I have done that twice because they do not return calls. On a third occasion my one dog was at the emergency pet hospital on a weekend and diagnosed with Lyme disease. She was going to be in need of meds and I could not reach them by phone and no one returned my calls, more than one message was left over the week. Need to start answering your phones. The place smells bad. And your there for 3 hours till your seen or waiting for the doctor

I used to love this vet and tell everybody to go here but after the past visit I realized why everybody likes glen wood I brought my dog in who needed surgery the nurses are nice enough the doctor opened the exam room door and said one sentence about what was going on with my dog she talked as fast as possible couldn’t understand what she said at all and before I could even ask any questions she lightly slammed the door shut in my face was told before I left the surgery would be x amount I didn’t have it at the time so they ... read more

We’ve been here before and it was a great experience. However, this most recent time was not. We were a walk-in to have our dog get seen for something considered minor. We were told to go and wait in a room for the doctor. 35 minutes pass and the lobby is full of people waiting to be seen and no one had come to check on them or I waiting to be seen in the waiting room.
