Place has been understaffed for years if you make an appointment show up an hour later you should be good for your appointment to just walk in and be seen. Otherwise block out half your day.
Most wonderful vet I've ever known! The staff are wonderful and helpful and very caring, ik the wait can be a little inconvenient but they work as fast as they can and they take walk ins. They're literally busy the whole shift! The manager is a god send!! She even brings some of the babies home to destimulize safely! I've never known people that care about my animals as much as I do! They deserve a rating of 100/100!!
Man the wait, disorder, unorganized chaos in this place sending us back to old vet alot farther away ..
This place is a God send. My baby went into labor and she was having problems. They didnt hesitate to take her in. They did all they could before they had to do a C-section. Being an emergency and not knowing the cost they were understanding and working with me on the cost. Staff is very loving and caring.
