The staff was great with my dog Obi. He is having issues with his acl, was scared and incredibly nervous to be x-rayed. He unfortunately peed, pooped and nipped at Dr Susan. Elizabeth, Dr Susan and Chris were able to calm him down and reassure him he was ok. I'm grateful for their patience and professionalism during our visit. They are an amazing team!
I was a new patient . I received an appointment very quickly. The staff is very nice and the doctor is excellent. Seems to be a bit under staffed. 4pm appointment and wasn’t seen until 5pm. Apparently there’s a new computer system they’re getting used to. The exam room could use a bit of an update.
I worked at summit pet hospital and Elizabeth was not nice, sweet or compassionate. The only one nice there was Dr. stroup would not recommend as a place.
