I thought I'd scheduled my medicare annual check-up with this practice as my husband ( who had visited & okayed this practice) had passed away and I was moving; so just wanted to check it off my list before having to find an acceptable practice in my new state. Love my doctor and friendly staff.
Very unprofessional. Major customer service training is needed. Nurse doesn’t call back but you are not supposed to leave more than one message. Office manager fills in for nurse. Understaffed with uncaring employees. Show some empathy for god’s sake.
