Evelyn Ward is a nurse practitioner. We can’t seem to agree on treatment type. I don’t feel that she really listens to what I have to say. I feel like she already has her mind made up before I ever open my mouth. Nice enough… But I don’t feel she’s very competent.
AVOID THIS OFFICE PLEASE!!! THESE PEOPLE IN THIS OFFICE DO NOT CARE FOR THE WELL BELING OF THEIR PATIENCES. This office acts unlawfully, from their doctors to their NP as well as the office manager Jessica. I thought I'd scheduled my medicare annual check-up with this practice as my husband ( who had visited & okayed this practice) had passed away and I was moving; so just wanted to check it off my list before having to find an acceptable practice in my new state. To my surprise, I received a bill ( which has not been the case with annual checkups over the past five years) and when I called accounting to inquire , I was told that it's a new patient charge.
