I have been going to Summit Medical for almost 5 years now. I am an access member an an very pleased with the services they provide. I do have Blue Cross insurance as well but for a cold/flu i wouldn't go any whete else. They have kept me healthy and to be able to do that is a great feat in itself. Thank you Summit Medical..
Called to see what time they were open till because a friend has a screw through his toe and is bleeding through his shoe! Casey on the phone said they were full and even though it was 6:30 and they didn't officially stop taking patients till 7 they were not going to have my friend come in "because it would put the provider behind". He said my friend could come in tomorrow at 9:30am. Wow....not cool. Not cool.
Do not go to this office!!! They are completely misleading in their advertising and will charge you triple what they say they will. And then to top it off they will not be AT ALL flexible on working with you to figure out your bill. Just avoid them at all costs, save yourself the time and headache that will follow your visit in their sub-par office.
