The WORST! – Horrible!! Rude is definitely the word for the owner Karen!! I can't beleive how surly she was and how poorly she treated me. Go to Stahl-Deluca for a good, friendly, professional florist experience here in Summit. Not to this horrid place!!
Great Florist, Very good prices, Beautiful and Unique – I've been a customer of Karen for many years and I continue to be amazed at the beautiful work she does, every time without fail. The flowers and arrangements they provided for my daughter's wedding were unlike any I?ve seen. Recently I needed to order flowers for a funeral. Good florist VERY PLEASED – Just a note of thanks for the incredible professionalism and ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages you provided us for our 5.21.11 wedding. We recieved endless compliments about the centerpieces and all the flower arrangemens put together for us. Im so glad my mom recommended you to us, and we will absolutley recommend you to others!
Amazing Florist- Do not agree with the other reviews – The people here are super nice and welcoming. The place is very nice and convenient. I've used Karen for many, many years now. I must say I have never been unsatisfied with her work. These days, I don't even give her direction. I tell her what I want, what the occasion is, for whom it's for, and let her create. When I pick it up, it's always better than I could have imagined, she does quality work and a great price.
Horrible Florist! – I had to pick a star...but if given a choice this local business would get ZERO stars....would NEVER EVER recommend Summit Hills Florist to anyone. The "owner" - Karen is rude, condescending and customer service is a completely foreign concept. Unfortunately, there are many scam artists lurking on the web these days and find it enjoyable to post inaccurate lies about a business, when we contacted this "screen name", which was another at the time, we received no reply to our request for direct contact to resolve this conflict. If there was an incident which needed correction, we at SUMMIT HILLS FLORIST, will aways remedy it immediately as customers always come first with us and our policy is 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.
Rude owner and bad overall experience – The owner Karen is one of the most rude people I have ever dealt with. We used them for multiple flowers at my grandfathers funeral. I called back 2 days later to say one of the arrangements was not what we wanted. Karen instantly got defensive and was so insensitive and inappropriate that I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. Worst experience I ever had....plus the prices are ridiculous.
