Don't bother trying to get Dr. Burnett's office on the phone. Unfortunately, if you need to get anything done, you have to go there in person. Calling them either gets an immediate busy signal or the prompts end up with a busy signal. I was even able to get through until it was ringing. But after 1 minute of ringing, it went to a busy signal. So, it's not just their phone system that needs to be fixed.
I recently went for labwork and a mammogram. The mammogram went very smoothly and the technician was very professional. She wore a face mask, face shield, and gloves. The room seemed very clean and sanitary. My problem was with the lab. The technician was attending to another patient as I walked in. She told me where to sit. The tray that patients put their arm on had the rubber band they use to tie around your arm when you give blood. It also had the previous patient's alcohol pad on it!
