Physical therapy was a breeze. My therapist is super nice and informative. Great place
I thought Im the only one with issues with this office apparently not. I had to cancle an appt today it smack me in the face an reminded me In 2023 I had an infection it lead me to have an headache an little cough. I told them excalty over phone just that. When I arrived in waiting room just to sit there for 40m just to be told to wait outside untill I get a phone call just to hear "you have covid symptoms so go to urgent care for testing". Can not get in touch with any one dialed number pressed 2 and then 3 and always get a recording. I leave a message and never get called back! Today i called 13 times throughout the day and nothing! I am trying to get my blood pressure medicine filled and even my pharmacy is not getting through to them! I also need to make an appointment! Someone anyone there please fix this.
I showed up at 3:31 for a chest xray, took a number and waited. At 3:40 an employee came out and told me I was too late to get my xray done, trying to intimidate me into leaving so she could end her day easy. I explained I had just called and was told I could be seen if I arrived before 4pm. She said “you need to be entered before 4.” There was only one person ahead of me. By the time I was entered, finished my X-rays and walked out it was only 3:56pm. I am sick and went out of my way to go there. How incredibly rude someone... read more
