Had confirmation the vehicle I wanted to purchase was in stock. Set up a test drive. Drove 1.5 hrs to purchase. Test drove it. Ready to buy, salesman said, I got some bad news,truck is sold. Offered me a different truck with 20000 miles more for the same price. What a joke. I was not happy. Took time off work to do this. Offered gas to cover my expense. Unreal. I honestly feel bad for the salesman, he looked as mad as I was
I had an awesome experience at Summit Auto in Beaver Dam! Gisselle and the service team were friendly, professional, and made everything super easy from start to finish. They did a perfect job on my oil change, tire rotation, and inspection—and even topped it off with a free, much-needed car wash! I’ll definitely be coming back for my next service!
