We are being harassed to pay for an alarm inspection that was never done. They yellow tagged our alarm, then would not return to complete the inspection and green tag it so we could pass a fire inspection. The district manager has been rude, hateful, and has threatened us several ways-all after cancelling our contract with this company.
They are professional and personable as you can get! They helped me out in a pinch fitting me into their busy schedule and super fast turnaround!
I came in to get two fire extinguishers inspected and John was very prompt and helpful. I was in and out. Great service!
Patrick was awesome very professional and polite. it was a fast in and out and answered any questions that were asked.
I needed to find a place to inspect and tag my fire extinguishers. I called a place closer to me in North Edmond, and they never called back. So I went back to Google and found this place. I called, and someone answered, telling me what I needed to do and setting the expectations very professionally. I went in today and met with Patrick, and within a few minutes, I left with both my extinguishers inspected and tagged. Great rates too! I wouldn't go anywhere else based on this experience. They run a tight ship!
