If I could give it no stars I would. Worst place to for health care. Dr Jeffery burrnetts office is totally unprofessional. the doctor there told me to use Google and youtub because he didn't know the answer. Had me waiting in a room for an hour because I was the last appointment and forgot I was there. Never answer the phone and the mailbox is always full so can't even leave a message. Haven't heard from them since July. Good luck if need any meds to get filled and if they do call them in they are the wrong ones.
Took my father to summit 500 for the first time. Staff is fantastic! When we left, my father said it was the first time he felt a doctor really cared about him. That meant a lot to us.
This place is horrible! you can never reach anyone.
I have been going to this doctor office for 6 months can never get a hold of office they never pick up the phone and never returns any messages that you leave so I went to my doctor 3 weeks ago now for back pain and she put me on some meds they didn't work so I went back to doctor this time I had to see someone else as my doctor was not in the office and he put me on some meds and I went to the pharmacy and the pharmacy said he wrote it unclear they are still waiting for him to contact them back to clarify what needs to be g... read more
Connected to Niagara memorial hospital it’s a given somethings gonna go south. Love love the doctor. Only good thing… receptionist need a new job stand there on their personal phone texting while we sat for a while and just needed an apt for next week. While we were there an older man came in asking how they could not return his calls after he left voicemails the past three days I’m guessing about a life threatening situation from the way he spoke of it.
