Long-time patient with multiple medical conditions. I used to have a great experience here, but since staffing changes, the front desk has become completely unprofessional. Brandy is rude, dismissive, and often on her phone instead of helping patients. She refused to update my insurance, which led to a billing issue. After multiple calls, she finally responded by yelling at me, calling me “stupid” and “ignorant,” and telling me to find a new office. The front desk staff are wonderful, specifically Brandi. Both in person and over the phone she is just a delight to speak to and makes any part of the process very easy.
If bare minimum has an office, it would be here. Do t expect your calls to be returned, or your online requests for appointments to be handled. Even among other offices in the building, Summit family health is famous for the bare minimum, then using excuses about the phone system to cover for it. I guess something bad has to happen to get something to change
If I could give it no stars I would. Worst place to for health care. Dr Jeffery burrnetts office is totally unprofessional. the doctor there told me to use Google and youtub because he didn't know the answer. Had me waiting in a room for an hour because I was the last appointment and forgot I was there. Never answer the phone and the mailbox is always full so can't even leave a message. Haven't heard from them since July. Good luck if need any meds to get filled and if they do call them in they are the wrong ones.
