I originally thought I had a really bad sinus infection and already had an appointment scheduled with ENT. Excellent care by Kaitlyn Sims, NP. I was able to schedule an appointment online a few hours before. No wait time. Receptionist and nurse were kind and helpful. Kaitlyn provided excellent medical care. Extremely satisfied.
The P.A was very knowledgeable and kind about my knee pain , the the medical assistant who also does the X-rays and gave me my flu shot , well Larissa she told me her name but her badge was turned around so I could not read it. Well she just stuck the needle in my arm didn’t touch my arm, with her hand , usually they squeeze the arm for a shot, but then she just walked out and didn’t even put a band aid on it and it was bleeding.
