I came here last year and the NP was a guy and in my opinion he was worthless he did not help me on 2 different occasions that I had to fork out a $30 co fee for however I went today on 10/8/26 and NP Kaitlyn W was very knowledgeable and listened to my issues and came up with a prognosis I completely understood and made sense to me!! I’m very happy with her she explained everything clearly!!!
I had to go to this clinic for a very painful UTI because I showed up at my regular doctor's office to discover that she was under the weather as well and too sick to come in. My doctor's helpful front desk ladies said to head to one of the Summit Express Clinics (there are 4!), and I chose this one because it was the closest and because it would also be the simplest, quickest drive from my house in the future. I have been waiting until it opens on Saturday at 8:45 am. I have been on hold for 20 minutes. Nobody to help! Will go somewhere else.
