My experience with Generations Dental has far exceeded the hospitality and treatment I received at my last dentist office. As long as I'm in the area, I will definitely continue with their services! Wonderful people work there.
Everyone greets me when I come in. I love seeing Tessa and Telly's smiling faces when I walk through the door. Steph did my braces adjustment and she is amazing! She always remembers how sensitive my teeth are and always apologizes when she has to make a difficult (and painful) adjustment. She's so friendly and personable I always feel very comfortable. Heather is the same! I'm very grateful to be in such good hands.
The dental hygienist was very helpful and explained what needs to be done. I had a better understanding when I left.
I just recently had my first visit at this office. I was able to get an appointment relatively fast. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The staff here are friendly and professional. I am glad that I was able to find a place that treats their guests so nicely. If you live in or around Concord, I recommend this dental office!
