Thank you for fitting me in so quickly.
Hygienist not so favorable, anti fluoride in water, not up to snuff when compared to others on staff. Please have a manager or my dentist call me to discuss. My granddaughter had the same reaction when I described the hygienist. She has used her and is not pleased.
This was our first visit to Generations Dental Care and we were very pleased with the quality of care and service that we received. At no time did we feel rushed and the employees we interacted with were very knowledgeable and informative. We were very happy with our decision to try Generations and have already shared our positive feedback with friends who are looking for a dentist to visit.
The only negative feedback I have it my appointments kept getting changed. This happened with my first appointment and my most recent one. Other than that I found my experience with Generations very positive! That's high praise coming from a dental phobic! I was treated with compassion and respect. Thank you!

The visit all went great! I really appreciated being seen on short notice and not one of your regular patients. With your help identifying that my pain was being caused by an infection and not my teeth I was then able to secure additional medical assistance to resolve my problem. Thank you!
BOTH women were terrific!!!
