Very positive experience if there can be going to the dentist's office!. Everyone was very friendly, professional and caring.
Best dental practice! They took excellent care of me, making sure I understood everything they were doing, and made good recommendations going forward. They also made sure everything was comfortable for me, and I look forward to a long relationship with Generations.
Cori did my scheduled cleaning today and it was a completely painless experience! Then Heather did a full mouth scan for my Invisalign retainers, which was also quick and easy. I'm always happy with my services here. I recently had a crown replaced and my insurance kept rejecting the claim. Lisa worked through the appeals process and together with a special report by Dr. Chris, we finally received the payment! Excellent!!!! Was somewhat early for my appointment and was admitted early. Generations personnel frequently provide service above and beyond standard operating procedures.
Masha was fantastic. Excellent hygienist, my teeth have never felt and looked cleaner and healthier. Masha is also very friendly and explains things very well.
I travel 2 hrs to this office because of the quality and integrity of care by this well trained team. I know, not only because of the care I receive as a patient, but because I was a dental hygienist for 28 years. Nearly 10 of those years were at this office in another setting. You are in great hands here! And no, I'm not getting any special compensation for saying that!
