I complimented Dr. Hopeck on her bedside manner. I had had a similar exam at another practice which did not reflect her caring and empathy, never mind the explanation of what she was assessing and what those assessments meant. Dr. Hopeck covered all those bases in a respectful, professional, yet personal manner. She is quite an asset to the practice.
Generations dental has again amazed me with their professionalism and dental work. They explained every detail of my implant procedure and continued to update me as the work was being done. Dr. Hopeck and her assistant Trinity were absolutely amazing. Their banter back and forth made the time fly by. Thanks for keeping me at ease.
From smiling Stephanie at the desk to the thorough cleaning from Ivonne and a check in with Dr. Chris, today's visit like every visit was top notch. Love this practice!
Angela was great, as always. She does a thorough job, while being warm and friendly.
Dr. Hopeck and Tiffany are a great team. I felt at ease throughout the surgery and enjoyed listening to their banter. I only wish I could have participated in the conversation!
A crown fell out while eating lunch; Dr Chris was able to fit me in within 3 hours and was able to re cement the crown!
