All the above are very good and I would recommend Generations dental. However, trying to reach you when the message says "our office hours are 9-5" and it is between those hours on your regular days and the only option is "for emergencies: dial whatever"., That is not enough information if we need to leave a messgae or talk to someone and we don't consider it an emergency. We figure out that you are in a meeting perhaps, but we hang up because we are not emergencies. We are left feeling there is not an avenue to leave a mess... read more
It would be helpful prior to the appointment to have an idea of how long we were scheduled for. This took quite a bit longer than I had anticipated.

My dental hygienest, whom I believe is named Marcia, was the best I've ever had. She gave me more knowledge and advice regarding my dental situation and overall health than I had ever received. She earns my strong praise.
Dr. B and Dr. Chris have assembled an amazing staff. It starts with the ladies at the reception counter and continues out back with the hygienist! My family loves this place and we would t go anywhere else.
Great visit as always, no complaints what so ever.
Both the dentist and hygienist were excellent! The girls at the front desk where also very helpful and friendly. Nice job!8
